Job overview
A temporary, full time Data Assistant is required until mid September 2013.
Rednock School require a temporary data assistant with experience to ensure that school and student databases are managed efficiently and to support the school and staff with regular data updates, statistical analysis to focus priorities and maintaining reporting systems.
The role will focus on analysing and evaluating school information to ensure efficiency and accuracy of data that supports present and future teaching and learning priorities and needs. Day to day tasks will incorporate the use, and supporting the staff in the use of SIMS/Raise-on-line, assisting staff in manipulating data, analysing data together with compiling data reports for departments, individuals and the senior team.
Experience in the use of SIMs within an educational context is essential as is experience of using Microsoft packages (in particular a comprehensive working knowledge of Excel).
