Grove House Children's Centre is a maintained nursery school and children's centre and is the lead centre within the North Southall and Hanwell locality of centres. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the leadership team of this outstanding centre. The governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and dedicated Deputy Head. The centre is based within a vibrant and diverse community offering childcare and education for children 3 months to 5 years. We provide a range of services for families and the community within the North Southall and Hanwell locality of children's centres.

We are looking for:

  • A qualified teacher who demonstrates inspirational leadership
  • Experience of curriculum development and leadership in the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • A commitment to working in partnership with parents and service providers
  • Someone who can spread the vision of the centre, it expertise, values and practice beyond its walls and across the locality.
