The school is seeking to appoint a Deputy Head from September 2013 or earlier, to join this vibrant and flourishing school. The Deputy Head will be responsible for leading a team of subject co-ordinators and teaching staff to oversee the quality of Curriculum provision across the school, organising and co-ordinating INSET, collating, analysing and tracking pupil progress from Nursery to Year 6 as well as identifying and tracking Gifted and Talented Pupils.
Candidates should be well qualified with QTS and a minimum of six years' experience teaching across KS1 and KS2. As a teacher, you should display outstanding classroom practice with high expectations to continually raise standards. We are looking for an individual who has influenced the quality of teaching and learning in a current or recent post and can demonstrate proven successful leadership and management experience.
The salary range for the post is £44,870 to £54,210 p.a. The post is full time, permanent and the Teachers' Pension Scheme is also applicable.
