This post will be good preparation for headship.

You will:

• be a practising Catholic with a clear vision for Catholic education
• have experience of leading teams of staff to achieve excellent behaviour and achievement
• be committed to the development of all members of the school community as learners
• have commitment to working as a member of a team and of building up the partnership between school and our parents, and with our feeder schools and parishes.

Cardinal Wiseman is a popular mixed Catholic school in the north-east of Coventry with rapidly improving results, judged "Good" by Ofsted in November 2010.
