We are looking for an outstanding teacher, with fantastic team work and motivational skills, to become our new Deputy Headteacher and help to lead our successful school.

The successful applicant will be:

  • An excellent teacher with the ability to ensure all children make impressive progress
  • Experienced in teaching across the primary age range
  • Experienced in successful subject leadership, including the leadership of successful whole school projects, policies or changes
  • Experienced in team leadership and in monitoring and evaluating pupil, staff and school performance
  • Committed to the Christian ethos of our school
  • Well-organised with excellent interpersonal skills
  • There may be opportunities for the successful candidate to lead either Inclusion and/or our whole school Arts Project.

The selection process will include:

  • Shortlisting on 6th October
  • Visits to candidates' schools to observe teaching in weeks beginning 6th and 13th October
  • Interview all day on 17th October
