Are you:

  • Able to enthuse, inspire and motivate others and lead by example?
  • Able to effectively promote and develop positive, professional relationships?
  • Able to play a lead role in embedding the new SEN Code of Practice into our school?
  • Able to monitor, evaluate and implement teaching strategies for phonics which would lead to improved outcomes for pupils
  • Able to assist the Head of School and Executive Head Teacher in strategic planning for the implementation of initiatives, monitoring, evaluating their impact, and to assist with the day to day leadership and management of the school?
