Our school is a popular, four-form entry infant school with amazing children, friendly staff and a dedicated governing body.

We wish to appoint a highly motivated and outstanding teacher to join us as our new Deputy Headteacher who will share our vision and commitment to ensure our children develop their love of learning and achieve their best.

Our new Deputy Headteacher will:

  • be an excellent teacher who is passionate about teaching and working with primary aged children and is committed to inclusion and striving for excellence for all children;
  • be able to lead strategically and bring about improvement;
  • inspire, challenge, motivate and support children, staff and governors;
  • have the necessary skills and expertise to lead on the monitoring, analysis and evaluation of pupil data;
  • have the excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed to promote positive and supportive relationships within our school community;
  • be energetic, creative, resilient and able to embrace the challenges in this exciting, vibrant school;
  • be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively and also leads by example, setting high standards for all;
  • have a good understanding of the latest developments in education;
  • have a sense of humour!
