Deputy Headteacher, Enfield

This role will be part of the newly formed Leadership Team, working closely with the Headteacher. This person must be able to lead and manage a team of phase leaders as well as working closely with all members of staff. This person will be responsible for the Assessment for Learning across the whole school. They will lead on Pupil Premium and Narrowing the Gap provision and impact as well as be responsible for Data and Assessment analysis along with other members of the leadership team. This person will have the key responsibility for Health and Safety and working closely with the Premises team.

St John & St James Primary C.E. School in Enfield has grown considerably from a one form entry primary school to a two form entry primary with a nursery. The school has a fantastic new building with spacious facilities.
