Deputy Headteacher

The children, staff and governors wish to appoint a Deputy Headteacher who will share our vision and commitment to ensure our children develop their love of learning and achieve their best.

Our new Deputy Head will be:

• an innovative and excellent classroom practitioner, passionate about high quality learning and teaching and high standards for all children
• strategic, forward thinking, creative and successful in motivating staff and children in our journey to becoming an outstanding school
• an excellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills
• enthusiastic about working inclusively with all learners and the wider school community
• strongly committed to embracing the Christian ethos of our school
• will be committed to making our school, and everyone in it, the best that we can be
