Job overview

'Leaders at all levels contribute effectively to the monitoring of the school's performance and its accurate self-evaluation. This has led to improvements in teaching, the curriculum and rising standards. Leaders themselves are self-evaluative and the school's good record of improvement since the previous inspection is rooted in their own professional development and the impact that it has on their capacity to drive the school forward.'
