Deputy Headteacher, Ealing      

Group 4 - NOR: 620 (rising to 680 by September 2015); Age 3-11

You should have experience of managing change and be passionately committed to putting pupil outcomes at the core of school development. Ideally you will have experience of Early Years and Inclusion. You will be highly visible and approachable, a calm and confident communicator and an excellent classroom practitioner.
