Deputy Headteacher

Due to the promotion of our deputy to the Headship of this "Good" school, we are looking for an inspirational Deputy Headteacher to join our dedicated leadership team as we work towards "Outstanding".

We aim to fill this exciting position this term so the successful candidate can start in January 2015.

Latymer All Saints Primary is a large, three form entry school situated in the borough of Enfield. Since Easter 2014 we have integrated two year olds in to our flourishing Nursery provision.

We are looking for someone who will:

• work in partnership with the Headteacher to determine the strategic direction of the school
• be an effective team member with excellent interpersonal skills
• have recent and relevant experience of leading whole school improvement
• be able to use data to impact on school improvement
• have excellent communication skills, both orally and written
• be an outstanding teacher, supportive of others in improving and developing consistently excellent practice across the school.
• be able to work effectively in partnership with our stakeholders
• be a highly professional role model for our committed and aspirational staff
• be enthusiastic about building positive outcomes for all our children
• support and enhance the Christian ethos of the school
