Our pupils are a delight to be with, we are almost fully subscribed, our facilities are state-of-the-art, we have powerful links with a neighbouring successful school and we intend to realise our enormous potential in the next two years. Sandhill View School is scheduled to join Southmoor Academy Trust in April 2015. We have no intention of holding back on our improvement plan until then. That is why the Principal of Southmoor has taken on the role of Headteacher at Sandhill and is now implementing a wide-ranging improvement plan which will see results rise significantly in the next two years (see Message from Headteacher Link).

We are seeking applications from ambitious people whose high personal expectations are reflected in what they expect of others. We want someone who is not satisfied with anything below first class.

You will be:

• An experienced senior leader with a proven record in leading demonstrably successful change across a school

• Capable of handling detail whilst not losing strategic vision
• Personally ambitious with a desire for achieve headship as quickly as possible
