This post will give the right candidate the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the pastoral strategy and practice in this forward thinking, successful school and will be a member of the Senior Management Team.The candidate must also be an excellent classroom practitioner and be able to communicate enthusiasm for teaching and learning.
