We are seeking to recruit an outstanding Deputy Principal to lead across the full primary range of Oasis Academy Blakenhale Infants and Junior, with an initial focus on Key Stage 2.

The Oasis Blakenhale Academies are sponsored academies working together under one Academy Leadership Team.

Oasis Community Learning is an educational trust established in 2004 with the express purpose of transforming learning, lives and communities. This position requires an outstanding individual with the drive, ambition and commitment to raise the educational standards of our students. They will have a consistent track record of outstanding teaching; excellent management and interpersonal skills and a commitment to pursuing high academic standards through holding staff accountable.

Working together with the Academy Leadership Team, this will be a golden opportunity to bring your fresh ideas, professionalism and strategic leadership to deliver the best for our Blakenhale children.

The successful candidate will need to understand, share and be committed to the Oasis ethos of inclusion, equality, healthy relationships, hope and perseverance.
