Well Tolworth Girls' School & Sixth Form is the place for you.

We are seeking to appoint a motivated and inspirational leader and teacher of Maths who can demonstrate the leadership skills needed to take us to Outstanding. You will join the Leadership team as an Associate Assistant Head and will work with us to enhance the maths provision across the school. This is an incredibly exciting time for us as we are about to expand not only our student body but our school building  as well. Our maths team are incredibly enthusiastic about maths and over 79% of our students achieve an A*-C at GCSE. We have a healthy and open attitude to progress and change.  The community provides a purposeful learning environment for both students and staff, stressing the importance of creativity, independence, celebration and empathy.

Our academic success speaks for itself; Tolworth students achieve high academic standards and make very good progress with above average results, 74% achieved 5 or more A* - C grades including English and Maths, with 25% gaining 5 or more A* or A grades.  Our 3 year average is 75% Grade A-C in English and Maths and 85% gaining 5 A - C grades.

Our students thrive in a culture of achievement and success; we have high expectations, encouraging our students to be aspirational with their learning and to enjoy all aspects of school life.  There is a wide range of extra-curricular activities and opportunities for students to extend their learning.  Our staff are dynamic, dedicated and committed to ensuring all of our student's achieve success; we attract and retain well qualified and enthusiastic teachers.
