We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Personalised Learning - Communications who will be pivotal in the Academy's wider strategy and operational working. The successful candidate will have a high profile in the day-to-day Academy business and will also play a very public and demanding role in its wider life.

A key purpose of the Director of Personalised Learning role is to develop an environment which secures outstanding outcomes in all areas of Academy life. The Director of Personalised Learning - Communications will not only set an excellent example but will help create a model that promotes and ensures the highest standards of leadership, management, achievement and behaviour. A key quality of the post holder will be a strong recognition that their impact and presence does not stop in the faculty area - their willingness to go the 'extra mile' will be felt in all areas of Academy life.

Applicants must currently hold a leadership position in a state secondary school/academy.

This is an opportunity for a talented leader in learning to work with an Academy that will be outstanding within 5 years within a new leadership structure.
