As the largest national provider of Offender Learning in the UK, The Manchester College Justice Division delivers learning and skills to offenders across a range of custodial and community settings, working in partnership with Her Majesty's Prisons and Probation. Our work improves the learning and skills of offenders and enhances their employment opportunities to reduce reoffending, we make a difference.
We are growing and as a result we have an exciting opportunity for a self-driven and enthusiastic individual to join the team as our Director of Youth Justice.
We're looking for a commercially astute individual who has a proven track record of leading on major strategy implementation and managing national contracts. The role involves leading a team that has to deliver successful learner outcomes whilst ensuring contract compliance and income generation. You have to be able to demonstrate you can achieve targets, have experience of financial planning and budgets, and are committed to maintaining the high quality of learning The Manchester College Justice Division is recognised for.
Due to the extensive travel associated with this role, it is essential you hold a current, clean UK driving licence.
