A member of the Latin American Heads' Conference (LAHC), International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO) and the Round Square Organisation, Markham College, Lima, is one of the leading independent schools in South America.  Academic results at both IGCSE and IB level are amongst the best internationally with the majority of students taking up places at leading universities in Peru and around the world including Princeton, Columbia, Cambridge, Imperial College, University College London and The London School of Economics.

The College, which has over 2000 pupils (4-18) and 300 staff across two campuses, is currently underway with a multi-million dollar plan to include the construction of world-class facilities for Sport, the Arts and the Sciences and, as a reflection of this overall development of the school, is looking to appoint from August 2012 or February 2013 a classroom teacher in the Early Years Section.

Candidates should hold a relevant degree and preferably a teaching qualification and be prepared to participate fully in the academic and extra-curricular life of the College.  The College has its own internationally competitive salary scale.
