Early Years Coordinator

The Governors of this popular and school require a visionary, creative and energetic Early Years Coordinator, experienced in Nursery and Reception teaching. You will lead, develop and coordinate the Early Years Team and have an opportunity to join the Senior Management Team and contribute to the strategic direction of the school.

You should be an excellent practitioner who can deliver quality EYFS provision within a highly creative enabling environment. You should possess strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills to develop positive relationships, sustained partnerships and be firmly committed to self evaluation and phase improvement, alongside the whole life of the school.

This is an opportunity for a passionate and driven teacher with a proven record of Early Years practice to lead a dedicated and skilled team. If you communicate well with parents and children and possess emerging leadership skills, you may be just the person we are looking to join a highly reflective staff who are committed to the school ethos of 'Learning Together, Growing Together.'
