Working in partnership with The GORSE Academies Trust, we have embarked on a journey to become an exceptional academy at the centre of the Farnley community.

The successful candidate will:

Have a track record of impressive practice in securing outcomes for children
Have a good understanding of school improvement strategies and experience of leading teams resulting in genuine impact
Be able to foster in children a love of learning
Be well organised and have effective classroom management skills
Have a strong working knowledge of the Primary curriculum
Be able to build positive relationships with staff and parents
Work effectively in a team.
