Early Years Lecturer

Post Full time Early Years Lecturers - 2 x BA (Hons) Early Years Development & Learning and Norland Diploma, plus 1 x Food and Nutrition practical and theory, Norland College, Bath

Due to expansion, Norland College, located in Bath, has a number of exciting opportunitiesfor experienced, qualified early years specialists. Students at Norland College study a unique combination of the BA (Hons) Early Years Development and Learning degree programme together with the Norland Diploma, a practical based course consisting of modules in Play & Learning, Care & Wellbeing and Food & Nutrition.

We are looking to appoint 2 Early Years Lecturers to teach on the BA (Hons) Early Years Development and Learning Degree and Norland Diploma and 1 lecturer to teach practical and theory Food and Nutrition at Norland College.   The post-holders will lead and teach on modules and act as a personal tutor to a small group of students.

You will need to be qualified to at least degree level in a relevant discipline and be willing to work towards a Masters degree; hold a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one and hold a recognised child care qualification, or related professional qualification, at Level 3 or above.  Experience of teaching within the higher and/ or further education sector is desirable.
