Buckinghamshire Learning Trust is looking to recruit outstanding Education Excellence Advisors to lead and motivate those in their specialism to bring outstanding practice and deliver excellence.
At Buckinghamshire Learning Trust, we are determined that every child receives an outstanding level of education. We deliver a range of services to support leadership, management and improved outcomes for children and young people; in line with this commitment we are seeking a highly skilled Education Excellence Advisor to be part of a newly created team working to improve standards and accelerate progress in schools across Buckinghamshire and beyond.
As an exceptional Education Excellence Advisor, you will manage, develop and organise strategic and organisational interventions and improvements which deliver excellence in your area. You will lead on innovative new policy, and embed this into schools across Bucks. You will facilitate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure that the service offer to schools in your locality is delivered to the highest standards by providing professional expertise, management and coordination for county wide and cross county initiatives in schools.

Assessment and Data
Vulnerable Groups
Gifted and Talented
The successful candidate will inspire, lead and motivate others within their specialism. You will have at least three years direct experience in your specialism and have qualified teacher status. You will know how to get the best out of people and be committed to drive best practice to help schools perform at their absolute best.
