The school requires experienced teachers for Middle and High School for the academic year 2014-2015 for the following position:

English/Language Art Teacher in Middle/High school (Grade 6 to Grade 12)

  • Bachelor degree in English mandatory
  • Teaching certification is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of successful classroom experience
  • American Curriculum experience is preferable

"AJIAL" is the Arabic translation of the English word "Generations”.  It is our hope that our school will be a  catalyst in the  improvement to the Kuwait society from one generation to another.

The Ajial  Bilingual School Vision aims to equip students with 21st century skills that will enable them to find success and to become positive assets to the community. To instill in our students the values and heritage of Kuwait as a country,  the school celebrates its customs and cultures, and goes on to include understanding of other countries around the world.  Ajial is proudly staffed by teachers from over 20 nationalities who offer international expertise to over 1,800  students from PreK - 12.  

School Curriculum and Activities

 Ajial uses a Common Core Standards driven American education, with national standards based Arabic, Islamic, Social Studies, and cultural programs.  Ajial currently graduates students in the Math and Sciences strands which meet national and international university requirements for admission. Approximately 90% of  graduating students  have qualified for the national scholarship program with placement in programs for medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy at Kuwait University, England, Ireland, Scotland, Egypt, and Jordan. Students are also enrolled in Engineering, Education, Business, and Law in the United States, UK, and Middle East.

New Additions to the Curriculum

Ajial High School will be opening electives for the coming year that will build into the School’s vision to offer the Humanities  Strands to include courses in Social Sciences, Business Studies, Economics and Fine Arts.
