Nescot is a forward-looking College of Further & Higher Education that serves a large area of South East England with a wide range of vocational and academic courses, both full and part time. The College is situated in Ewell, close to Epsom in Surrey, and is located in the green belt near Epsom Downs.  The college was inspected in September 2010; all areas were graded 'good' or 'outstanding'.

Due to the continuing expansion of the department we are recruiting for our English teaching team and are offering attractive salaries of up to £40,000 (dependant on experience and post).  These roles offer exciting opportunities for enthusiastic individuals, committed to being either a Head or member of a dedicated teaching team.

The successful candidate/s will either be a qualified and outstanding teacher with proven recent experience in a first line management role in a post - 16 learning provider, or a new or qualified teacher with the ability to join a team delivering GCSE English and Functional Skills to students working on vocational programmes from Entry 1 up to level 3.

You will be a key member of staff within the Skills Team, delivering high quality English teaching, assessment and support to learners across the college.  Candidates should have a commitment to innovative and inspirational teaching with a primary objective to improve student achievement.
