Stepping Stones School is a small independent day special school for children aged 8-18 years. It cares for children with a broad spectrum of learning difficulties and has been rated as 'outstanding'.

This is an exciting time to join us. A new-build for 64 pupils is underway and we are developing a range of new 19-25 services on a nearby site, together with independent living and family support programmes.

We need an exceptional, visionary leader to take up this opportunity and deliver outstanding SEN education and service development.

You'll have a proven track record of successful leadership and the ability to inspire and motivate.
