As Executive Headteacher of St. Anne's and St. Martin's Catholic Primary Schools, you will drive the performance of not one exceptional school but two. Whilst each school is at a different stage in its journey to be outstanding, both have passionate staff, enthusiastic pupils who love to learn, and deeply committed parents and carers.

Providing a visible presence, you will champion far-reaching improvements in teaching and learning, raise expectations for pupils and forge effective leadership structures. In particular, you will build on positive changes at St. Anne's, whilst expanding the student body and transforming the physical environment at St. Martin's - so your challenges will be varied and stimulating.

You will bring a proven record in leadership positions and extensive CPD focusing on curriculum development. If you're familiar with collaborative working and experienced in teaching at two of the three primary Key Stages, so much the better, but it's your vision, tenacity and infectious energy that will matter most.
