Executive Headteacher

In an exciting new opportunity, the recently formed Crofton Anne Dale Federation is seeking our first Executive Headteacher to lead the schools' community forward. We are seeking an inspirational leader, capable of operating at a strategic level. Our Executive Headteacher will have a proven track record of successful leadership and collaborative working in the Primary phase.

Our Executive Headteacher will have the skills and experience to:

• Establish a successful Federation Leadership Team and engage the staff of each school with a shared vision, ethos and ambition that upholds the pursuit of excellence
• Work effectively with the Federation Governing Body towards realising the full potential of the Federation
• Maintain and improve on the high standards of achievement in both schools
• Lead the implementation of the new statutory curriculum to ensure it is relevant, purposeful and engaging in all key stages
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers so they continue to feel empowered to contribute effectively to their child's education
• Provide an excellent professional role model that inspires enthusiasm and commitment
