We are looking to appoint an inspirational, committed and enthusiastic leader to take our school partnership forward.

In this exciting role of Executive Headteacher, you will benefit from happy and well-behaved children, a dedicated team of staff and involved parents. Our partnership, moving rapidly to Federation offers a creative learning environment, which extends beyond the classroom and is part of our active local communities. With no teaching commitment this will enable you to develop and promote excellent teaching and learning.

Our partnership is aiming to Federate by June 2015. Working together, our three village schools are able to draw on each others strengths, and share resources and expertise to bring the benefits of larger pupil numbers to every learner in our village schools. The three schools are located in neighbouring villages six miles north of Norwich.

All three schools are Community Schools, with a strong family ethos and with two church schools maintain close links with the church. Our mission is to create a Federation with a joint vision to take the schools forward.
