Within the tranquility of the Althorp Estate in Northamptonshire, two 'good' Primary Schools are looking for a talented Executive Headteacher to make them 'outstanding'.

The two schools were federated in 2010 out of a real desire to strengthen and improve the learning experiences of the children and to further raise standards through the sharing of best practice - so the Althorp Partnership of Primary Schools (APPS) was created.

Both schools were rated 'good' in their most recent Ofsted inspections - your skills, vision, enthusiasm and decisiveness will take us to the next level.
