Executive Headteacher

The Emmaus Federation was formed in 2006 and comprises two church schools (Swineshead St Mary's Church of England Primary School and Sutterton Fourfields Church of England Primary Schools).

The two rural village schools came together to support each other, strengthen the schools and raise standards for all of the children.

We are looking for an Executive Headteacher who:

• Is caring, committed and loyal to the schools, children, parents and staff
• Understands the needs of a church school and will work to develop this unique strength
• Is a strong leader that celebrates achievements and recognises the differences of all children
• Has the ability to create shared vision
• Has a successful track record in creating an outstanding learning environment
• Is committed to continued personal and professional development

Our Federation offers:
