We are looking to recruit an Executive Head who has the strategic vision to make the Federation an outstanding place to be a pupil and to work. Could this be you?

The Emmaus Federation is a small but dynamic Federation in South Lincolnshire comprising two church schools, Swineshead St Mary's C of E primary school and Sutterton Fourfields C of E primary school.

If you are a strong leader with a proven track record in creating an outstanding learning environment, if you have the ability to create a shared strategic vision and if you are an experienced leader who can celebrate achievement then the Emmaus Federation can offer you the opportunity to work with a committed and enthusiastic Governing Body and staff team to develop the Federation and deliver excellence.
