Ellis Guilford is a large, over-subscribed comprehensive school situated on an 11 acre site, three miles from the centre of Nottingham with excellent transport links to the M1. We are a thriving and dynamic school which benefits from outstanding facilities.

We need an ambitious middle leader to drive improvements in science. This is a challenging role which requires a high degree of credibility and skill and we are looking for a colleague with a proven track record in raising standards to lead a diverse team of staff. With a background in curriculum development, the successful candidate will have a clear vision of how to inspire and engage others to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Ellis Guilford has a strong and supportive community of staff, students and parents. We are committed to developing highly effective leadership at all levels. This is a great opportunity for someone with middle leader experience looking to lead a large team and make a significant contribution to whole school improvement.
