Job overview

Purpose of the Job:

  1. Support the development work of AHT Birth to 5 in engaging the community and liaising with outside agencies
  2. Support the pupils and their families and reduce barriers to learning. These barriers to learning may be a result of something happening within the school or externally.
  3. Support the implementation of school values, ethos and aims throughout all actions undertaken
  4. Work alongside teaching staff and existing pastoral systems (including the SENCo) to provide an extra layer of support for pupils.
