Job overview
Purpose of the Job:
- Support the development work of AHT Birth to 5 in engaging the community and liaising with outside agencies
- Support the pupils and their families and reduce barriers to learning. These barriers to learning may be a result of something happening within the school or externally.
- Support the implementation of school values, ethos and aims throughout all actions undertaken
- Work alongside teaching staff and existing pastoral systems (including the SENCo) to provide an extra layer of support for pupils.
