We are seeking to appoint a confident, numerate and well organised person to join our busy Finance Department within The Priory Academy LSST. The Finance Assistant will be responsible for raising purchase orders, counting cash, entering purchase and sales invoices and other bank receipts and payments using a fully integrated accounting package. The role will involve assisting the Finance Officer and working closely with other members of Academy staff. Applicants should have a sound knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Outlook and Excel. In addition, candidates should hold GCSE English and Maths grade A*-C or equivalent. An AAT level 3 qualification is also desirable.
We are looking for candidates with a genuine interest in a career in finance.
