Finance Manager

Two of the region's most successful sixth form colleges require a dynamic professional to provide an effective financial management service to both institutions: Stockton Sixth Form College and Prior Pursglove College

An experienced manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing sound financial advice to both colleges' Senior Management Teams and Governing Bodies. The appointee will also act as the leading interface between management and the EFA and other bodies on financial matters and will work to identify opportunities and devise strategies to ensure the continued efficient management and development of the college.

Exceptional financial acumen, strategic vision, organisational skills and a commitment to the colleges' values and strategic objectives are essential. Experience of working in the FE sector is desirable.

The working time will be shared between two sixth form colleges.

The hours of work are expected to be mainly during office hours; however some flexibility is required occasionally to accommodate attendance at meetings and/or other duties related to the post.
