In this role you'll join a strong county-wide team of Primary Inspectors and Advisers offering professional support, challenging and intellectual stimulus to a diverse community of schools who have high expectations of our service. As a Leadership and Learning Partner for a group of schools in Hampshire you'll enhance their journey to excellence and promote effective partnership working.

A successful track record in primary headship that demonstrates your capacity to contribute to the ongoing evolution of excellent primary learning and pedagogy is essential. You'll understand what supports and develops the capacity of school leaders to embed ambition and drive improvement in their schools. You'll relish the opportunity to make a real difference to the achievement and well-being of children and young people in Hampshire schools.

The post is home based but with good support from the Alton local office.
