North Warwickshire & Hinckley College and South Leicestershire College have forged a powerful partnership, a Federation, which has helped reduce costs and drive up value and quality whilst protecting the individual independence, identities and brands of each college.

Now we want to grow. The Federation is becoming a Learning Group, a more comprehensive student-focused association which incorporates an academies trust.

This high profile role will be responsible for all financial arrangements within our innovative Learning Group. Your skilled leadership will ensure all parts of the Learning Group meet statutory, regulatory and auditing requirements, and ensure that, within these challenging financial times, financial planning, analysis and practice is maintained to reflect best practice in the sector.

The post provides an exciting opportunity for a qualified account who can demonstrate a successful career within a sizeable and diverse organisation. It provides an opportunity to work within an ambitious organisation. We need a candidate who is not afraid to take on the challenges of today, and provides an opportunity to build further upon and shape the financial processes and systems needed to secure our Learning Group's success and sustainability.

North Warwick and Hinckley College is a further education establishment for students over the age of 16. It is a non-denominational college for men and women. It is situated in the town of Nuneaton, in Warwickshire. It became a federated college in January 2013.
