We now seek to appoint a new Group Principal and Chief Executive to lead the Warwickshire College Group and ensure that we remain positioned to meet the challenges of a dynamic sector. As further education adapts to a new way of working, business focus has never been more important. With experience of working commercially, building partnerships and making strategic goals an economic and financial reality, a credible candidate will bring an entrepreneurial approach and appreciate the commercial potential of Warwickshire College. As an outstanding communicator, the successful candidate will be required to build on our strong and diverse range of external stakeholders and position the Warwickshire College Group as a key business partner across our region.

You must bring a passion for working with young people and inspiring a new generation and with an exceptional track record of leadership and management, in complex and multi-faceted organisations, you will be strongly committed to a fair, open and respectful culture.

Our A-level pass rate is 98.4% with 100% pass rate in 16 subjects. And our success rates are in the top 25% of all general FE colleges in the country.
