Head of Business Studies & Economics (Head of Technology Faculty), Tower Hamlets

Raine's Foundation School is a smaller than average 11-18 Church of England School.

We are beginning a period of significant change.

The recently appointed Head teacher will be building on the schools long tradition of providing education within Tower Hamlets, one of London's most successful Local authorities.

An experienced and qualified teacher of Business Studies is required to lead the Technology Faculty from September 2014.  This will include the teaching of Business Studies and Economics at KS4 & 5.

The successful candidate will also lead the 'Technology Faculty@ including: ICT, Art, Technology (Fashion & Graphics).

You will have a proven track record of success in the classroom and must be able to demonstrate the talent, interpersonal and leadership skills required to inspire and motivate students and colleagues.

Above all you must have a passion for your subject and be able to embed an enjoyment of Business in your lessons.

Business Studies is primarily taught in the schools new 2014 multi-million pound upper school building.

You will teach across all key stages and play a key role in the future of the schools Business Studies curriculum.
