The College is looking to recruit a Head of Department for Health and Social Care and Early years who can build on successes made this year and transform the area in to a "first choice" destination for students wishing to pursue a career in Health, social care or early years. It is essential that this person has a background in one of the two curriculum areas.

The person we are looking for will have an uncompromising approach to improving Teaching and Learning and with it outcomes for learners. An innovative approach to curriculum design and delivery will be essential in order provide learners with the best possible skills and experience and be attractive to potential students.
