Cardinal Pole Catholic School is a mixed 11-18 popular oversubscribed school. The school is at an exciting stage of development house in a new building.
Results have continued to improve with post 16 graded "Outstanding" and 84% A*-C grades.
Following the promotion of the existing Head of Department, Governors seek to appoint an enthusiastic Head of Mathematics. The successful candidate should be committed to teaching across the 11-18 range and preferably have additional the ability to teach A Level. We are looking for an exceptional Maths Teacher to head up the maths department whilst promoting excellent teaching and learning in order to secure outstanding outcomes, and who works well with staff and pupils to inspire a love of Maths.
The Maths department is a highly successful, well-resourced and fully staffed.
We are looking for the following:
- An outstanding classroom practitioner.
- Ability to teach across the full age range including AS and A Level.
- A person committed to the highest standard of achievement for all students.
- Be committed to the school's ethos and vision.
- Experience of leadership in Maths.
