Head of East Ham Campus and Curriculum

We are now looking to strengthen our management team and require a Head of East Ham Campus and Curriculum to lead, manage and organise a designated range of curriculum activities (Business, Retail, Enterprise, Health and Social Care, Travel Services, Early Years, Public Services, Hair and Beauty, Sport and Catering). Reporting to the Vice Principal Curriculum, the post holder will be responsible for ensuring that there is a consistently high standard of curriculum planning and delivery and that our learners are achieving their intended learning aims.

We are looking for an inspiring and innovative manager who is an expert within the Further Education environment and who has achieved proven excellent outcomes elsewhere. We require determination, strong leadership with the ability to work collaboratively to implement credible improvement strategies to ensure consistently high standards.
