The Governors of this successful, converter academy (11-18, including a growing Sixth Form) seek to appoint an ambitious, resilient, and outstanding teacher to lead our English Faculty. The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching English, will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills and will have a clear vision for the future development of the subject. You will be expected to teach across the age and ability range and be able to show how you have successfully raised standards of achievement to the highest level.

As Maghull High school is fully committed to the safeguarding of its students, the successful candidate must obtain a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure (via the Disclosure and Barring Service) in order to be appointed.
