Governors are seeking to appoint an inspiring leader to take the Humanities faculty through the next stage of it's journey raising standards across all subjects. This role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to develop their expertise across all aspects of College life along with the experience required to move on to Senior Leadership.
 
A clear vision for the evolution of Humanities is a pre-requisite and the ability to lead by example as an outstanding teacher in one of the subjects offered is also desirable. Governors and SLT are fully committed to supporting the successful candidate in realising their vision for the faculty.
