Sir Herbert Leon Academy is seeking an exceptional leader and outstanding teacher for the above post from September 2014. The successful candidate will be a strong and inspirational teacher who is committed to leading this important faculty through the next stage of its development. You will be a Science specialist with outstanding outcomes at all key stages and will have a proven track record of raising attainment and securing outstanding progress.
Sir Herbert Leon Academy is a rapidly improving school with a direct partnership with The Duston School, Northampton (Ofsted rated outstanding, November 2013). This partnership will ensure exceptional professional development opportunities for the successful candidate with The Duston School having a prospective Teaching School status and hoping to specialize in Mathematics. We are also a member of The Academies Enterprise Trust (AET), a multi-Academy sponsor which aims to provide the opportunity for all young learners to fulfil their real potential, broaden their horizons and become active, prosperous and successful citizens in the world around them.
