Head of Finance and Operations

London Learning Consortium (LLC) is an established community interest company delivering learning and skills provision across Greater London, Kent and Surrey. Since our foundation in 2005, we have grown to become an organisation with an internal staff of 30 and an income this year of over £3.5m. With 230 members and 26 subcontractors, we are the central hub for a wide range of vocational learning and skills provision across a broad range of subject areas. Our vision is to support and promote the economic, social and educational prosperity of London through learning in the community, and we have achieved this through an approach based on high quality programmes, strong partnerships with our members and strong relationships with our funders.

We are now seeking to appoint a Head of Finance and Operations to support the next phase of our growth and development. As a qualified accountant, you will bring experience of leading and managing a high performing finance team and playing a key role in driving an organisation forward. Supporting the strategic aims of the business, you will be an experienced operations manager with the skills to work with our CEO, Board and stakeholders and make a strategic contribution to our future development.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to play a leading role in the strategic and operational management of LLC and position us for growth and further success.
