Hunsley Trust is preparing to open Hunsley Primary which will be a free school, opening in September 2015 and this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing and developing a school from its inception. Hunsley Trust already has an outstanding secondary school and sixth form and this is an opportunity for you to work independently as an educational leader whilst also being part of a successful diverse team. This is an opportunity to draw upon and benefit from the leadership and curriculum expertise within the Hunsley Trust. With your primary expertise you will join a team that can support you in all aspects of running a school, from recruiting and developing staff to managing budgets, establishing appropriate governance arrangements and ensuring the site and facilities provide a safe learning environment for pupils.

This is a wonderful opportunity to lead the development of Hunsley Primary which will provide opportunities for all its children to make outstanding progress; in particular, it will stimulate and challenge pupils as mathematicians and scientists, underpinning our vision to develop a lasting strength of independent enquiry in our pupils. Hunsley Trust has developed excellent relationships with a wide number of local authority maintained primary schools and academies in the local area and beyond and we envisage our new school to be very much part of these collaborative partnerships.
