An experienced Head of Junior School is required for August 2015 to lead the Junior School at Dulwich College Suzhou. The right candidate will have a proven track record of leading an outstanding primary or junior school where the emphasis is on student learning, academic excellence and exemplary pastoral care. The successful candidate will be a highly committed team player with the drive, energy and passion to develop this highly successful school. They should be an adaptable educator and innovative leader with a passion for learning. A good motivator, communicator and administrator, they should be capable of managing key aspects of an expanding and high profile International Junior School with a particular focus on raising academic standards. They will provide professional leadership for the Junior School particular responsibility areas and be a genuine ambassador for the Junior School and The College.

Successful applicants will need to be sympathetic with the ethos and values of the College.

Dulwich College Suzhou opened in August 2007 on the eastern side of Suzhou in the high tech Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) area. We cater for over 900 students from Early Learning 1 to Year 13 (ages 2-18).
