Chichester College has been recently graded Outstanding by OFSTED. Brinsbury, the Countryside Campus of Chichester College is the centre for its landbased studies. Success rates for landbased are the second highest in the country.
We are seeking a dynamic new team to head the teaching, learning and assessment for the landbased area which comprises of Animal Management, Equine, Agriculture, Dog Grooming, Horticulture and Floristry. The curriculum offer encompasses all levels from 14-16 provision to Level 5 courses.
The Head of Learning will be required to:
- Lead, manage and develop the curriculum area within the parameters set by the Director of Brinsbury Campus.
- Work collaboratively and innovatively with staff to ensure a culture of self-assessment and continuous improvement.
- Promote high standards of teaching and learning within the area; producing high standards of student achievement; progression and value added.
